SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping
We offer a shipping rate between £3 & £6 to customers in the UK, depending on the weights of books or garnments. Delivery is expected to take 3-5 working days. If you would like your order sooner we can offer faster delivery please just let us know. However, this will incur higher postage fees.

We aim to ship all over the world and prices range from between £14 and £30 for heavy books currently shipped to the USA and Canada. Please note that delivery to international customers may take longer than 30 days. Books and garments shipped to most European countries since January 2021 are taking longer due to changes to incoming customs paperwork since the UK left the EU.
This 'does not' apply to our Fine Art Glicée prints, these are fulfilled from within the EU and ship via courier (3 to 5 working days).

Shippments to the rest of world seem not to be affected, but can take up to 28 days.

All our shipping prices relate to a 1st Class tracked (recorded delivery) service for all goods.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with any products you purchase on this Site – other than any eBook, which cannot, by reason of its nature, be returned – you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 working days and we will provide a full refund. We will need to receive the goods before we can refund you. We will refund you if the goods ordered do not arrive by the 31st day since you ordered them. Should you receive a book or garnment 'after' a refund has been given, you will need to return the item/s at your expense. We recommend using a recorded delivery service for this to ensure the order is safely returned.

If the reason for the return is the result of an error by Neil Hague Books we will refund the postage costs. To make a return please send back the item securely wrapped (in its original bag) and a letter giving the reason for return. Any garments that have clearly being worn or washed cannot be accepted.
